Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the mini PC in its original packaging, including all power adapters, cables, mounting brackets, and manuals to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Device
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package through a trackable carrier, ensuring you retain the tracking information for your records.
Inspection and Refund
